4T is a free service offering Therapy, Education, Communication, and Technology advice to Individuals Experiencing Physical Disabilities and or Learning Difficulties situated anywhere in the world. Comprising multinational experienced professionals (see below), the 4T team offer free help & advice to those who wish to assist any individual to improve their Quality of Life.

Anne Murdock
Anne is a Speech and Language Therapist with over 30 years experience in the Special Needs sector. She qualified in 1983 with a BA(Mod) in Remedial Linguistics from Trinity University, Dublin. She has extensive experience of using Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) with both children and adults with Physical and Learning Disabilities. She has specialised in working with Individuals with Profound and Multiple Learning Disability, using switches with cause and effect activities, and aims to promote choice and inclusion. She is currently developing a service for Adults with Learning Disability using "Intensive Interaction" strategies, and promoting positive communication support for individuals in residential settings throughout Belfast. Anne is committed to upholding the 5 Good Communication Standards (published by Royal College of SLT's 2013). She had an article published in the SLT Bulletin in February 2019 entitled "Switching Gears", a case study. She believes that choice is about empowerment but also having fun, and that a "whole systems" approach is paramount in enhancing communication potential.

Dolly Bhargava
Dolly is a Speech and Language Therapist and Behaviour Support Practitioner currently working in Australia. Mark Street
Mark Street and has worked in the field of AAC for almost 20 years having joined the Liberator company in March 2002. He found a passion in the support of individuals who require the use of Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC), their families, and professionals, in how to use a variety of vocabularies, software programs, and devices, as well as exploring complex access solutions. Mark regularly presents at conferences on a variety of clinical and technical topics. He frequently represents his company when hosting AAC Awareness events and exhibitions.
Throughout his career, Mark has worked with many incredible people and learned from the best of the best: Bruce Baker, Katya Hill, Gail Van Tatenhove, John Halloran, Lindsey P Cargill and, of course, Tony Jones. It’s their experience, skill, and knowledge that Mark shares today. He remains grateful to each of them for sharing their knowledge and wisdom. In 2015, Mark created the vocabulary EasyChat and, since then, he has further developed and enhanced the vocabulary following feedback from AAC professionals and, more importantly, device users.
AAC is not just a vocation for Mark, he enjoys providing the highest level of service and support to those with whom he works. Mark strives to give his best at all times and believes that AAC should create the ability for a person to say anything, to anyone, at any time.

Tony is a teacher with over forty year's Experience in supporting Special Educational Needs. Now severely disabled following a stroke, Tony brings his significant knowledge to the team. Having worked in several countries with children and adults, he has successfully supported Individuals Experiencing Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties and Physical Disabilities utilising a range of techniques and implementation methodologies. Known for his ability in the creation of Objects Of Reference schemes, Tony has developed several AAC systems including Language Learning & Living, Discovery, ViP, Simple AAC, Smart AAC, and others. Outright winner of the National Training Agency's award for Innovation in Education for his work at Portland Training College, the first recipient of the Makaton Centre of Excellence Award for his work at Bridge College, and the person behind the Talksense website, Tony's career demonstrates successful educational practice. Holding degrees from several universities including a Master's Degree in Special Education from Sheffield University, Tony has worked in Europe, America, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, and Taiwan.
